Payment: I currently accept PayPal, which is a secure online payment system. If you contact me my phone or email, I will be happy to make other arrangements for payment. Please note that I will not ship any item until payment has been recieved.  

Shipping: Pendants and Necklaces in stock will be sent out within 2-3 business days via First Class Mail. If Items are not in stock you will be notified by email, these orders should be sent out 7-15 days from the order date via First Class Mail.

Refunds: I want you to be happy! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, a full refund is offered for items returned within 30 days in their original condition. Sorry, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and will be the customer's responsibility.
